FOURTHO Terms of Use
THE SERVICE
Fourtho lets a group of up to four people each contribute one photo to a shared four-cut strip. Each room runs on a repeating window (3 to 24 hours). When a window closes, whatever was shot is archived to the room's gallery as a "roll" and a fresh window opens. By using Fourtho you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
YOUR ACCOUNT
You must be at least 14 to use Fourtho. Sign in with Apple is the only way in; keep your Apple ID secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Adding a phone number is optional and requires an SMS code, so only a number you control can be linked to your account.
ROOMS AND INVITES
A room code or invite link lets anyone who has it join the room until it is full. Share them only with people you actually want in the room. Room members can see each other's nicknames and the photos posted in that room.
WHAT YOU MAY POST
Only upload photos you have the right to share, and that everyone visible in them is comfortable being shared with the room. Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that harasses, impersonates or exposes another person. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.
REPORTING AND BLOCKING
From a room's member list you can report a member or block them. Blocking hides their photos from you and stops them from sending you friend requests or room invites; you can unblock from Settings. We review reports and may remove content, remove members from rooms, or terminate accounts, at our discretion and without notice.
WHAT YOU KEEP
Your photos remain yours. By posting into a room you grant the other members of that room, and us, the limited right to store and display that photo within the app so the shared four-cut can exist. Rolls you export or share outside the app are your responsibility.
AVAILABILITY
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we recommend saving any roll you care about to your photo library. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Fourtho.
ENDING THINGS
You can leave a room at any time, or delete your account entirely from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
CHANGES
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the date above will change and continued use after a change means you accept it.
